We are getting used to new routines and it is easy for us to take things for granted or to feel unhappy about some of the changes in our lives. A good way to try to feel better about things is to look for small reasons to be grateful.
Think about three reasons you can be grateful today. Have you been a great brother or sister? What have you enjoyed learning about? Will you eat something you enjoy today?
When you get to the end of the day, think about the things that you have been grateful for.
