A coach from the Lawn tennis Association came into school to work with children across the school, He is due to continue coaching children over the next two weeks.
School closes for the Easter holidays at the end of the day on Thursday 28 March and reopens in Monday 15 April.

Our choir and individual instrumentalists enjoyed sharing their musical journey with parent and grandparents in a Music Showcase event. Children who are learning to play the guitar, violin and piano played individually, with small group performances from children learning the guitar and violin.
The event was warmly received by the audience and we hope to hold more in the future.
On Friday 22 March, Mr Stewart, parent and lead engineer for Triumph Motor Cycle racing led an assembly on his job and how this links to maths, design and science. Afterwards, Year 4 worked him on a DT challenge.
The theme for Science week this year is Time.
In a busy week, there is a range of activities for children including the Vehicle STEM programme in Year 3 and 5, visits from STEM ambassadors, First Response and CPR workshops.
We have a number of parents who work in STEM visiting the children to talk about their work: an airline pilot and the lead engineer for racing at Triumph Motorcycles.
On Friday 8 March, the whole school visited the Magna Science Discovery Centre just outside Sheffield as the launch to Science Week.
Children took part in science workshops and toured each of the pavilions, exploring exhibits and finding out more about the production of steel.
The centre is based in an old steel works.
