• Indoor football success

  Congratulations to our mixed team of Year 5 girls and Year 6 boys who have succeeded in going through to the finals of the indoor football competition against other South Derbyshire schools.

  Matches were played against Pennine Way Junior, Fairmeadows Primary and Hatton Heathfields Primary.

  We wish them luck at the event next Friday.

  Congratulations to the MJS Boccia team who participated in an event at Greenbank Leisure Centre in Swadlincote. Playing against teams from Pennine Way and Fairmeadows schools, they face some fierce competition.

  A team of four boys and four girls took part in the Kids' Cup football competition on Friday in Derby. They worked well as a team and came fifth overall at the end of the event.
