• Year 3 visit to see the Tunnelling Machine

  Severn Trent invited a group of Year 3 pupils to see the tunnelling machine based at the bottom of Chapel Street. The work is to alleviate flooding in the community.

  

• Y6 Evacuee Day

  Year 6 spent a day thinking about what it would  have been like to be an evacuee at the start of their study on the Battle of Britain, a turning point in history at the start of the Second World War. Dressing up helped them to do this.

  Year 6 art was displayed in the Rectory Garden over the weekend.

  Thank you to the parents who helped to supervise the car park to raise money for both Infant and Junior PTAs and their helpers.

  Year 6 pupils enjoyed taking part in a range of activities at Lea Green near Matlock.
